We are happy to welcome Rev. Ian Gaylard, CMAS, CAS as ICISSM Country Councillor representing United Kingdom.

He is Managing Director of Global Risk International and Executive Director Global Security of Projects / Executive Director Global Security of Projects for Fox Petroleum Group.

A certified Anti -Terrorism / Counter Insurgency analyst / advisor he is an Ambassador to Africa for International Organization for Educational Development (IOED) and International Police Commission (IPC). He is Analyst for OSI Intelligence Foundation. His name is listed in U.K. Register of Training Providers.

He is a certified Analyst from INISEG (Instituto Internacional de Estudios en Seguridad Global) which is an International Institute of Studies that was born as a need to deliver to its future students all the training, study information, activities and professional opportunities in the area of global security.

It is hoped that with his vast experience and rich knowldge, he will be able to “professionalize the professionals”!
