Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), through its School of Integrated Coastal and Maritime Security Studies (SICMSS), and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), jointly organized the “International Symposium on Maritime Operations and Humanitarian Considerations.” In the last three years, this collaboration has trained over 800 participants and conducted certificate courses, training programs, and workshops.

This partnership saw the participation of more than 20 countries! The event witnessed the extension of the previous fruitful Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on International Humanitarian Law (IHL) between Rashtriya Raksha University and the ICRC.
